Closing Accounts. Claremont Cash value remains on the Claremont Card unless a student or staff member graduates, withdraws, is dismissed, or terminates from The Colleges. A cardholder may then request a withdrawal of any funds remaining at The Claremont Card Center. Refunds on a Claremont Cash account may be requested upon separation by filling out a request for refund at The Claremont Card Center. The remaining Claremont Cash funds will be processed by check
